Develops and coordinates projects and activities relating to the promotion and preservation of the arts, culture and tourism.

Oversees the strategic framework for programs and interventions to promote and safeguard the rights of children.

Establish and maintain a database for children in the Barangay.

Advocate for the establishment and maintenance of playgrounds, day-care centers and other facilities for youth development.
