Bel-air Management Information Systems Committee , as the foundation of all Barangay projects, facilitates the gathering of data in recognition of barangay needs which are most essential for all project planning , implementation, tracking and evaluation. Seriously takes into account Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act that seeks to protect all forms of information, be it private, personal and sensitive.
